FAA REGULATIONS

There are many government regulations that apply to drone flights that are conducted in the national airspace (i.e., outside of an enclosed structure). In the United States, the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) requires operators to be aware of regulations regarding the use of small UAVs and comply with them.

FPV Regulatory Information

The use and operation of this type of product in the USA and many other countries may require a license and some countries may forbid its use entirely.
