Featuring excellent precision, flexible integration, and small size and weight. The Parrot Sequoia sensor is designed to fit most drones including fixed wing and multi-rotor drones, with or without gimbals.
Powerful imaging in a miniature package: Parrot Sequoia ™ is our smallest and most cost-effective remote sensing solution. This sensor allows easy integration with any multi-rotor or fixed-wing platform.
Weighing only 107 grams, Sequoia is a powerful sensor in a remarkably small package. This camera features four narrow band filters optimized for analysing crop health. Also featured is a 16 MP RGB imager for easy digital scouting. Sequoia’s irradiance sensor and integrated GPS make it an accurate and calibrated tool for precision agriculture.
The DJI Mavic 2 Pro features a Hasselblad camera – a newly redesigned 1-inch 20MP CMOS sensor and 10-bit Dlog-M color profile. This allows the Mavic 2 Pro to capture four times the level of colour detail as the Mavic Pro. With an aperture range of F2.8 to F11, the drone also shoots 4K video with 10-bit HDR.
The Fly More Combo is now bought as an add on.
Inside the Mavic’s pocket-sized remote controller is DJI’s brand new OcuSync transmission technology, with a range of up to 8km and Full HD 1080p video streaming.
An unprotected drone could hit obstacles during long distance flight or when descending from an inadequate height in Return to Home mode. The Mavic uses Flight Autonomy technology to sense obstacles up to 15m away. It can then bypass these obstacles or brake to hover, preventing accidents even when flying beyond visual range.
Satellite positioning can only help a drone hover in an unobstructed outdoor area free of interference. Without satellites, the drone will not be able to position and become susceptible to drifting. However, with forward and downward vision sensors, the Mavic can hover precisely indoors or in places without GPS.
The DJI Mavic 2 Pro is only 1/6th the size of the Phantom 4 but this reduction in size doesn’t mean a reduction in flight time. The Mavic actually flies much longer than you would expect from its compact size. It is capable of reaching an absolute max flight time of 31 minutes.
